Adrenal tumor

The adrenal gland is an important endocrine organ in the body. Because of its close relationship with the kidney, it is traditionally a urological disease. The classification of adrenal tumors can be divided into benign tumors and malignant tumors according to their nature; non-functional tumors and functional tumors according to the presence or absence of endocrine function (such as secretion of a certain hormone causing hypertension); Medullary tumors, stromal tumors, or metastases. Current clinical studies have shown that selenium supplementation has a certain inhibitory effect on adrenal tumors.
