Spinal anterior central artery ischemic syndrome
More common in the lower cervical section, followed by the thoracic section. Its symptoms are mainly symptoms of spinal cord injury caused by the complete or partial obstruction of the blood supply to the anterior central spinal artery. Neck enlargement is more common.
