Pediatric Unilateral Lung Abnormal Translucent Syndrome
Pediatric unilateral pulmonary abnormal translucent or excessive translucent syndrome, that is, Macleods syndrome, also known as Swyer-James syndrome, Swyer-James-Macleod syndrome, etc. It is an X-ray sign, not a disease name, such as abnormal unilateral lung transparency, pulmonary arterial hypoplasia, unilateral nonfunctional lung, idiopathic unilateral translucent lung, unilateral transparent lung, etc. There is the same X-ray manifestation, that is, the transmittance of the affected lung is significantly increased than that of the healthy lung.
