Empty saddle syndrome in children
Empty sella syndrome refers to a series of clinical symptoms caused by the subarachnoid hernia inserted into the saddle, which compresses and deforms the pituitary gland and enlarges the saddle. This symptom is also called empty sella tarcica syndrome, Busch-Colby syndrome, saddle septal defect, arachnoid cyst, arachnoid diverticulum in the saddle, arachnoid cyst in the saddle, etc.
