Pediatric dialysis imbalance syndrome
Dialysis disequilibrium syndrome (dialysis disequilibrium syndrome) refers to a series of osmotic pressure imbalances inside and outside the body's cells caused by the excessive correction of body fluid volume and chemical osmosis balance after hemodialysis (usually only artificial kidney dialysis). Clinical symptoms not directly related to renal failure. Also called disequilibrium syndrome.
