Chest actinomycosis
Chest wall actinomycosis is a chronic purulent granulomatous disease caused by an actinomycosis infection. Long-term high-dose penicillin treatment has a certain effect. If the lesion is reduced after antibiotic treatment, the surgical resection should be completely removed. The scope of the resection includes the chest wall lesions and the lung tissue of the primary cupping net. If necessary, the muscle flaps can be locally packed.
