Spinal tuberculosis granuloma

Spinal tuberculosis refers to tuberculosis granuloma located epidural or subdural, causing spinal cord dysfunction, and the basic clinical features are symptoms and signs of progressive spinal cord compression. Some scholars call it atypical spinal tuborcolosis. Spinal tuberculosis granulomatous can be seen at any age, more common in young adults, and there is no significant difference in male and female sexual incidence. Epidural granulomas are more common than subdural granulomas, with a ratio of about 10: 1.
