Platelet adhesion test
Under physiological conditions, platelets have the function of adhering to the surface of foreign bodies, which is called platelet adhesion. The method of measuring platelet adhesion function is called platelet adhesion test (PAdT). There are two types of PAdT: in vivo and in vitro. The former is complicated and not commonly used, while the latter is simple and versatile. The following two methods are commonly used in vitro methods.
