Shay-Dregue syndrome in the elderly
Scheier-Dregue syndrome is a rare, unknown etiology of progressive neurological degenerative disease in the elderly. It is mainly characterized by progressive episodes of syncope, orthostatic hypotension, and sexual function. Disorders, anhidrosis, and other autonomic dysfunction and motor dysfunction. The main pathological changes were extensive degeneration of the autonomic nervous system, pyramidal tract, basal ganglia, and cerebellum.
