Acetanilide poisoning
Acetanilide is a raw material for sulfa drugs, which can be used as analgesics, antipyretics and preservatives. Commonly used drugs in this class are phenacetin (phena-cetin) and paracetamol. Others are compound aspirin tablets containing phenacetin, pediatric antipyretic tablets, pall cold tablets, sodium sodium tablets, eusan Pain tablets, Qutong tablets, Sarai pain tablets, Tongtong tablets, Antongding tablets and so on. Most of the poisoning cases are caused by mistakenly taking a large number, frequent or long-term application; it is more common for young infants to take a large dose of pediatric antipyretic tablets and have poisoning reactions. Paracetamol is a metabolite of phenacetin, which is less toxic, but if taken in large amounts, acute poisoning can occur.
