Pulmonary dysplasia

Pulmonary artery agenesis (PAA) is a rare congenital malformation, including many types, such as the absence of the main pulmonary artery, the absence of the right or left proximal pulmonary artery, the origin of abnormal left pulmonary artery, and narrowing of the pulmonary artery. Often accompanied by other cardiovascular malformations, such as tetralogy of Fallot.
