Posterior inferior vena cava

The posterior inferior vena cava ureter, also known as the surrounding vena cava ureter, is a congenital malformation with abnormal development of the inferior vena cava. The main pathological change of this disease is caused by obstruction. Due to ureteric obstruction, the drainage of urine is not smooth, causing dull pain in the waist or abdomen, or even cramping. Hematuria is one of the common symptoms. Although the posterior inferior vena cava is a congenital malformation, most patients do not develop symptoms until adulthood.
