Maternal mortality has been reported to be high in pregnancy with cirrhosis. In the past, patients with cirrhosis were not advised to continue their pregnancy. In recent years, the progress of liver cirrhosis treatment methods and the strengthening of perinatal monitoring, pregnancy with liver cirrhosis can have a better prognosis.
