Coinoid palmoplantar keratosis

Keratosis palmoplantaris nummularis is an autosomal dominant genetic disease characterized by the appearance of hyperkeratotic plaques at the friction site. The pathogenesis is unclear. Skin lesions are hyperkeratotic plaques or bean-shaped hyperkeratosis. Try keratin exfoliants and retinoic acid preparations.
