Pediatric progressive dysplasia

Progressive diaphyseal dysplasia is also called progressive diaphyseal hyperostosis, also known as diaphyseal sclerosis or Engelman disease. The disease is characterized by symmetrical spindle-shaped enlargement and sclerosis of the long tubular bone, and similar dense changes in the skull. Engelman syndrome (Engelman) is a progressive dysplasia of the backbone, also known as Camurati-Engelmann syndrome, infantile hypertrophic bone disease and so on. Is an unexplained, rare osteoporosis disease. The disease is autosomal dominant.
