Whipple disease

Intestinal lipid dystrophy, also known as Whipple's disease, is a rare systemic disease. Its clinical features are malabsorption of the small intestine, fever, skin pigmentation, anemia, lymphadenopathy, arthritis, joint pain, pleurisy, valves Endocarditis and central nervous system symptoms.
