Fracture of the lower 1/3 of the radial shaft with dislocation of the inferior ulnar radius
The fracture of the middle and lower 1/3 of the radius with the dislocation of the inferior radial ulnar joint is called Galeazzi fracture. The main manifestations are swelling and pain in the forearm and wrist, and prominent ulnar styloid processes. Many deformities are obvious, and forearm rotation is limited.
