Poison Fish Sting
There are many stinging poisonous fish in the ocean. The stinging poisonous fish in our country are mainly ghost chaos and redfish. People can be stabbed when they come in contact with poisonous fish in the sea. Venom is injected into the body from spines, causing disease. The incidence is more common in summer and autumn, mainly in young men. After being stabbed, the wound bleeds immediately, and the pain is unbearable. It can last for several hours, and then there is widespread redness and swelling around the wound, like cellulitis. Treatment should elevate the affected area and use 1ml (0.03 ~ 0.06g) of emmetine hydrochloride injection (0.03 ~ 0.06g) for subcutaneous injection at the proximal end of the wound. The pain can be relieved after several minutes.
