Oropharyngeal foreign body
Oral foreign body is a common disease. Most of the foreign bodies remain in the tonsils, tongue base, or epiglottis valley. They are usually small foreign bodies that can easily penetrate into tissues or be hidden in places that are not easy to detect. Symptoms vary depending on the type of foreign body and the location of the puncture. Often, the throat is consciously irritated, and it becomes worse when swallowed. Avoid turning the neck, and the patient can indicate the location of the pain.
