Brain liver kidney syndrome
Cerebral-Hepato-Renal Syndrome was first reported by Bowen, Lee and Zellweger in 1964, so it is also called Bowen-Lee-Zellweger syndrome. It is characterized by multiple malformations, mainly involving the nervous system, liver, and kidneys, but without abnormal karyotypes. Both men and women can get sick, the ratio is 1: 2: 7.
