Duodenal fistula
Duodenal fistula refers to a pathological path formed between the duodenum and other cavity organs in the abdominal cavity. The openings are located in the duodenum and the corresponding cavity organs. The duodenum communicating with a single organ is called "simple duodenal fistula", and communicating with two or more organs is called "complex duodenal fistula". The former is more common clinically, the latter is less common. During internal fistula, the contents of the duodenum and the corresponding cavity organs can communicate with each other through this abnormal channel, which causes infection, bleeding, fluid loss (diarrhea, vomiting), water and electrolyte disorders, impaired organ function, and nutrition. Bad and a series of changes.
