Vulvar Crohn's disease
Crohn's disease, also known as localized enteritis, is a multiple ulcer that occurs in the vulva and is a chronic inflammatory disease of the gastrointestinal tract of unknown etiology. It is characterized by segment-specific lesions of the digestive tract from the oral cavity to the anus. . It is clinically characterized by abdominal pain, diarrhea, abdominal mass, fistula formation, and intestinal obstruction, which can be accompanied by fever, anemia, nutritional disorders and extraintestinal manifestations of the joints, skin, eyes, oral mucosa, and liver.
