Delayed puberty and sexual immature
Delayed puberty and sexual naivety are referred to as delayed puberty when adolescent development is 2.5 standard deviations later than the average age at which sexual signs first appear in the normal population. Usually refers to girls who have not had breast development after the age of 13, or who have no menarche at the age of 15, or who have no menarche after 5 years of breast development. Delay in puberty can be idiopathic or due to various pathological factors. Children who have reached this age and still have no sexual development should distinguish between delayed puberty and permanent sexual naivety. Strictly speaking, delayed puberty refers to the delayed arrival of puberty, so it is mostly idiopathic; and sexual immature refers more to adolescent adolescence, often accompanied by congenital abnormalities.
