Acute urethral syndrome
Acute urethral syndrome, also known as "aseptic urinary frequency-urination discomfort syndrome", refers to those who only have symptoms of frequent urination, urgency, and / or dysuria, and who have negative quantitative culture of urinary bacteria. Among women with symptoms of urinary tract infection, 40% to 50% of patients are acute urethral syndrome.
