Vulvar adenosquamous carcinoma
Vulvar adenosquamous carcinoma is called pseudoadenosquamous carcinoma. It is a bidirectionally differentiated epithelial carcinoma. Electron microscopy shows squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma components and intermediate components. The prognosis seems to be worse than that of normal squamous cell carcinoma.
