Can't see under both eyes

Vertical gaze paralysis, the patient's random and reflective vertical gaze disappeared. This is due to paralysis of the upper vision caused by anterior and posterior commissural infarction of the tectum, and paralysis of the lower vision caused by medial and dorsal infarction of the red nuclei. If the upper half of the superior colliculus is damaged, the two eyes cannot be seen.
