Periampullary cancer
Periampullary cancer of the periamphetamine refers to the general term for cancer that grows on the amptum, the duodenal papilla, the lower end of the common bile duct, and the inner wall of the duodenum. Its common feature is that it can cause obstruction of the common bile duct and main pancreatic duct when the cancer is small. The course of the disease is slow, jaundice appears early, the surgical resection rate is about 60%, and the five-year cure rate is 35% to 40%.
