Neuropeptide acral paresthesia
This disease is a chronic pruritic, stinging skin disease with no local rash that is limited to the hands and feet. The etiology is unknown. The course is chronic, and the symptoms are not affected by temperature and emotional changes. Except for extremity paresthesia, the patient's nerves and mental examination are normal.
