Masango poisoning

Coriaria sinica, also known as poisonous empty wood, water horse mulberry, duck food wood, chicken pest firewood, etc., is a mulberry plant that grows on hillsides or ravine. It is more common in southern provinces of China. It is highly toxic. Because it looks like a mulberry, it is often poisoned by being picked and eaten by children as a mulberry. Poisoning can even cause death.
