Felty syndrome
Felty syndrome is also known as arthritis-granulocytopenia-splenomegaly syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis-splenomegaly syndrome, infectious arthritis. The cause is unknown and may be an autoimmune disease. In 1924, Fley first reported adult chronic rheumatoid arthritis with granulocytopenia and splenomegaly. Since then, it has been repeatedly reported. Therefore, the condition with the three major symptoms is called Fley syndrome.
