Acute suppurative gastritis

Acute purulent gastritis refers to an acute infectious gastrointestinal disease caused by purulent bacteria, mainly with submucosal lesions of the gastric wall. Also known as acute cellulitis gastritis or purulent gastritis. First reported by Cruveilher in 1862.
