Journey mental illness
Travel psychosis refers to a transient psychotic disorder that occurs while traveling. One type is called "Coconut Banana Syndrome" and the other belongs to the traveler's response to the experience of travel. The description of the latter is basically consistent with the clinical manifestations of mental illness in the journey. Most of the patients with mental illness in travel are young adults, mostly males, most of them are farmers or migrant workers, the majority are below primary school, and the education level is low. Due to the lack of data on the demographic composition of train passenger volume, the above conclusions need to be further studied and confirmed.
