Brain-heart syndrome
Acute encephalopathy is mainly caused by cerebral hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH), acute craniocerebral trauma involving the hypothalamus, brain stem, and autonomic nervous center. A collective term for heart failure. When encephalopathy gradually stabilizes or improves, heart disease symptoms and ECG abnormalities improve or disappear.
