Bone tumor of chest wall

Chest wall bone tumors account for 7% to 8% of systemic bone tumors. Most chest wall bone tumors are malignant, 85% to 90% occur in the ribs, and 10% to 15% occur in the sternum. The ratio of male to female is 2: 1.
