Chronic myelogenous leukemia
Chronic myelocytic leukemia (CML) is an acquired hematopoietic stem cell malignant clonal disease that occurs in middle age. It mainly involves the myeloid system, which is manifested by a continuous increase in the number of peripheral white blood cells and an enlarged spleen. The course of disease is relatively slow, and most of them die with acute changes.
