Benign arterial nephrosis due to essential hypertension in the elderly

This disease is common and is caused by systemic hypertension. It is the second disease that causes end-stage renal failure in western countries (approximately 25%), and the incidence in China is increasing. The disease can be divided into two types: benign arteriolar nephrosclerosis and malignant arteriolar nephrosclerosis.
