Pulmonary capsular histoplasmosis
Pulmonary capsular histoplasmosis is a manifestation of mycotic disease caused by capsular histoplasma infection in the lungs. Lungs are primary infections, mostly asymptomatic or self-limiting respiratory infections, and severe cases can cause systemic spread, mainly involving the reticuloendothelial system.
