Colonic perforation

Colonic perforation (SP) is a rare fatal acute abdomen. Bauer reported 4 cases in 1972 and reviewed a total of 25 cases. Case reports have been reported in the literature. In 1990, Serpell counted 64 cases of world literature from 1984 to 1990, and 3 cases were reported in 1995. The incidence of faecal perforation of the colon is unknown, but based on autopsy, the incidence is greater than 5%.
