Inguinal neuralgia
It is more common clinically, and more than 80% is iatrogenic. It usually occurs after surgery related to this nerve, especially after patella bone removal. Some patients even think that the pain is more severe than the original disease. It is unbearable and should be noted. This nerve originates from the lumbar 1 spinal nerve and runs parallel to it below the hypo-sacral nerve. After exiting the outer edge of the psoas major muscle, it passed over the psoas muscle to the medial side of the anterior superior iliac crest, and passed through the transverse abdominal muscles and the internal oblique muscles, and advanced along the spermatic cord or round ligament of the uterus to the inguinal canal below the external oblique tendon The superficial ring penetrates the oblique fascia of the abdominal oblique muscle and divides the terminal branch. 1. The branches of the skin are distributed in the pubic area, groin, upper skin of the medial thigh and the front of the scrotum (labia majora). 2. Muscle branches are distributed to the abdominal wall muscles of the lower abdomen.
