Cerebral falx meningioma

Parafacial meningiomas are a type of clinically common meningiomas located in the longitudinal fissure of the brain and connected to the cerebral sickles. They often protrude into one hemisphere of the brain and sometimes develop bilaterally. There are also a small number of tumors that are flat and grow infiltratingly within the brain's sickle.
