Inferior ulnar radial dislocation
The function of the inferior ulnar radial joint is to stabilize the rotation of the radius at the distal end of the ulna. The main stabilization factors are: the ulnar collateral ligament, which is attached to the ulnar styloid tip, ending at the pea bone and the triangular bone; the triangular cartilage disc, which is attached to the ulnar styloid base to the ulnar edge and the radius recess; The ulnar radial ligament on the side is connected to the joint capsule; anterior rotator muscle; part of the surface of the distal radius and the ulna and interosseous membrane. In addition to the dislocation of the inferior ulnar radial joint, Colles fracture, Smith fracture, and Galazzi fracture can be associated with it, and many cases are single. Inferior ulnar radial joint dislocation is often missed by doctors with insufficient clinical experience. Therefore, the diagnosis of this dislocation must emphasize the clinical manifestations, and at the same time, the bilateral contrast radiography should be used to find and solve difficult problems.
