Congenital thoracoabdominal hiatal hernia
Congenital pleuroperitoneal foramen hernia is a type of hernia formed by the abnormal development of the lumbar rib triangle in the embryonic diaphragm, with local defects or weakness. The abdominal organs are formed by hernia into the chest through this defect or weak area. Congenital posterolateral diaphragmatic hernia or Bochdalek hiatal hernia is the most common type of congenital diaphragmatic hernia. The clinical manifestations involve the three systems of breathing, circulation and digestion, with a high mortality rate. Surgery is the only effective treatment.
