Cervical spine unilateral and bilateral facet dislocations
Dislocation of the articular process with or without fractures is a serious injury. Because it causes deformation of the spinal canal bone fiber duct, it will inevitably constitute compression of the nerve tissue therein. The incidence of paralysis caused by spinal cord involvement is more than 70%, and 90% have been reported, especially in cases of bilateral joint dislocation. Therefore, we must attach great importance to this group of cases.
