Intestinal abscess
Interbowel abscess refers to an abscess in which the pus is surrounded by the intestinal canal, mesentery, and omentum. Abscesses may be solitary or multiple abscesses of various sizes. If there is extensive adhesion around the abscess, different degrees of adhesion intestinal obstruction can occur. The patient developed symptoms of purulent infection with abdominal distension, abdominal pain, abdominal tenderness, or palpitation and mass.
