Interspinous ligament injury

The interspinous ligament is a tendonous tissue that connects the two spinous processes. It consists of three layers of fibers. The fibers are arranged crosswise and are prone to wear. These two types of ligaments are mainly used to prevent excessive forward flexion of the spine, which often occurs simultaneously. Because there is no superior spinal ligament at lumbar 5- 骶 1, and it is between the active lumbar spine and the fixed sacroiliac spine, the force is the greatest, so the interspinous ligament injury is also the most likely here.
