Jessner lymphocyte infiltration

Jessner lymphocyte infiltration is also known as Jessner-Kanof syndrome. Typical skin lesions are purple-red or brown-red invasive plaques on the facial skin. There is still much controversy in the dermatology community about this diagnosis. Borrelia burgdorferi was found in the lesions. And tetracycline treatment is effective.
