Traumatic breast fat necrosis
Traumatic fat necrosis of breast refers to the fat tissue of the breast that is damaged by violence and saponified under the action of fatty acid enzymes, which then causes aseptic fat necrotic inflammation of the breast. The breast is composed of more fat and connective tissue and a smaller proportion of glands. The position of the fat is superficial (located under the skin), and the blood circulation is not rich. Therefore, ischemic necrosis and scar tissue formation are easy to occur after trauma.
