Hereditary faecal porphyria

Hereditary coproporphyria is a type of porphyria, a rare autosomal dominant hereditary disease. Due to the deficiency of faecal porphyrinogen oxidase, the main feature is that a large amount of faecal porphyrin Ⅲ is excreted in the faeces.
