Appendic adenocarcinoma
Appendiceal adenocarcinoma is a rare appendic disease first reported by Berger (1882). Appendic adenocarcinoma accounts for about 0.08% of the appendectomy specimens. The median age of onset is about 50 years old. This feature has certain significance in clinical diagnosis.
