Radial and ulnar styloid fractures
This disease is rare. When the palm fell to the ground during the fall, the impact force acted on the lower end of the radius via the scaphoid bone, causing a transverse fracture of the radial styloid process. There were also injuries caused by direct impacts, such as a car crank hitting back. In addition, the wrist has a strong ulnar deviation, and the radial collateral ligament is pulled strongly, causing the radial styloid process to cause avulsion fractures. The fracture was small and shifted distally. Fractures of the ulnar styloid process are often associated with ligament traction, and are often associated with Colles fractures, as well as single fractures.
